PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call or text us at 732-867-9962. As part of the appointment booking process, we kindly request that you provide a current photo of your hair to the same number. This will help us better prepare for your appointment and ensure that we meet your haircare needs effectively. We do not accept walk-ins at this time.

Late Arrivals

Our commitment is to provide prompt services to every guest. However, please note that a tardiness of 10 minutes or more will result in a $10 late fee. In cases where the lateness exceeds 15 minutes, we may have to make adjustments to your service in order to remain on schedule. If lateness causes us to cancel your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged on your next visit.

In the unlikely event that your stylist is running late for your appointment by 10 minutes or more, we will offer a 10% discount on your style as a gesture of apology.

Cancellation

We strongly encourage you to opt-in to the text notification, which allows you to confirm/reschedule your appointment.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please select “Y” to confirm or “R” to reschedule your appointment.

You will also receive a second text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you DO NOT confirm, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee of $25 will apply toward your next appointment. There is a $50 fee for same day cancellations/no shows.

If you do not confirm we will contact you via phone and text and if there is no response the appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling

After rescheduling two times consecutively (or cancelling) a deposit to secure future appointments will be required.

Refund- Redo Policy

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your services, please let us know immediately and we will work with you within reason to address the issue. A redo appointment must be requested within 72 hours. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.

Detangling

Your hair must be fully detangled from roots to ends and free of any styles before your arrival. If time is permitting, we will add the detangling service to your appointment for a charge of $45. Mandatory Color Deposit

Before booking an appointment for any color service, we require a consultation to assess the condition of your hair and address any concerns you may have.

Upon completion of the consultation, we will schedule your color service and request a 25% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service, but please note that it is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
