Please ensure that it is clearly visible. Once we receive this information, we will promptly check our availability and notify you of the next available appointment.

Why do you ask for a picture of my hair before you can book the appointment?

We request a picture of your hair before booking an appointment because we operate on an appointment-only basis, and assessing the length and density from the picture helps us determine the required timing for the appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins, or is an appointment necessary?

We currently do not accept walk-in appointments. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to our scheduled guest and provide the highest level of service possible. Are there any specific instructions or preparations I should follow before coming to the salon (e.g., clean hair, product-free hair)?

Do you offer consultations before the actual service?

We offer consultations before your actual service to ensure we understand your haircare needs. The fee for a consultation is $25, but it is waived if you book an appointment for the service. Our goal is to provide you with personalized recommendations and the best possible results. Contact us to schedule your consultation and let's create a plan for your hair!

Can you accommodate special requests, such as using specific hair products or catering to certain hair conditions?

For the best care and results, we primarily use our salon's professional products. However, if you have a specific product prescribed by a doctor, we can accommodate that request. Please provide us with the necessary information, and we will do our best to incorporate it into your service.

What products do you use?

At our salon, we proudly work with renowned brands such as Paul Mitchell, Oway, K18, and Olaplex. Do you work with children?

Our salon currently only provides services for clients who are 12 years old and above.

Do you offer weave or wigs?

Although we don't provide wig or weave services, we can certainly assist you in preparing your hair for those services. Our team is experienced in properly detangling, conditioning, and prepping the hair to ensure it's in the best possible condition for wig or weave installation. We understand the importance of a solid foundation for a successful wig or weave application, and we're here to help you achieve just that. Feel free to schedule an appointment with us, and we'll be delighted to provide the necessary hair preparation to ensure a seamless experience with your chosen wig or weave specialist.

Do you require a deposit or cancellation fee for appointments?

We kindly request a 25% deposit to secure your color appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date. There is a $50 fee for same day cancellations/no shows.
